The workshop will give you the opportunity to gain key barista skills and/or recognition in customer service/selling & Barista/Café duties.

Introduction

The workshop focuses on coffee processing & barista skills such as shot extraction‚ tamping, dosing, grinder adjustment and brewed coffee principles. You will also learn the process of texturing milk - stretching and heating, free pouring, coffee service & presentation. Increase your understanding & confidence and apply now!

On completion of this program, participants will be able to:

  • Workshop Summary includes: Food Safety Brief history of coffee & coffee varieties Espresso extraction Texturing milk Service & presentation Cleaning & maintaining equipment Incomplete components may be re-assessed at a later time or upon application
